Pinnacle Gas Resources

Pinnacle is engaged in the development and production of coalbed methane gas in Wyoming and Montana. The company was formed in 2003 by DLJMB in partnership with US Energy Corp. (NASDAQ/USEG) and Carrizo Oil & Gas, Inc. (NASDAQ/CRZO). Through multiple strategic acquisitions, Pinnacle has amassed 300,000 net acres in the Powder River Basin since its formation, and is one of the leading participants in the basin.
